The service

Clipshare provides temporary or persistent hosting for videos and images shared via link. The service is provided as-is without guarantees of uptime, speed, or permanent storage.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload
• You grant us permission to store, process, and serve your files so the service works
• You are responsible for having the right to upload and share your content

Not allowed

• Illegal content or content that violates someone else's rights
• Malware, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service
• Harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate media

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Anonymous uploads

Uploads made without an account may be removed after 7 days. Sign in if you want uploads kept under your account.

Limitation of liability

Clipshare is not liable for lost files, broken links, or damages arising from use of the service. Use at your own risk.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
